Although money is the first thing that comes to mind for most people when thinking about donating, the two are not directly associated. We sometimes make excuses on why we can’t give back to our community and donate. But we need to realize that there are things, some even more valuable than money, that we can give. Our society is built in a strong culture of sharing and caring for each other and it is becoming clear there are more ways of doing that than ever. 

IE Network Solutions Marketing team organized a blood donation campaign on August 25, 2022, at IE Network Solution’s HQ. This campaign was conducted in collaboration with National Blood Bank with the primary objective of “saving a life by donating blood”, especially for children and women who often die due to blood loss during childbirth.

As a successful IT company that takes all of our resources from society, we are working towards being even more involved in our society’s well-being and what we give back. We believed donating blood can have a huge impact on someone’s life, moreover receiving blood can be crucial as a life-or-death verdict. Understanding this our team didn’t hesitate to do what was right and save a life. It was a quick and painless process and once we had finished, we felt a sense of satisfaction knowing that we had helped others in need.

Various media stations attended and reported the blood donation program which was a success. The blood was donated to the local hospital and our organization was able to accomplish one small step in giving back to our community.
